A professional opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide specialized services in a K-12 school setting in Eugene, OR. These positions require on-site work and offer the chance to support diverse student populations, including those with significant behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services within a highly specialized behavior school serving severe cases in the county.
- Provide SLP support to rural schools in the cooperative district.
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.
- Maintain all required documentation in compliance with district and professional standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification (CCC-SLP) with school eligibility.
- Experience working with students displaying challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Location: Eugene, OR
Setting: On-site in a Lane County educational service district
Duration: Contract through June 12, 2026
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with early release on Wednesdays
